On October 12, 2015, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to review and approve the code of probity and self-discipline of the CPC.

All party members and leading cadres at all levels of the communist party of China must be firm communist ideal and the belief of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must stick to the fundamental purpose of serving the people heart and soul, must inherit carries forward the party's fine tradition and style, must consciously cultivate noble moral sentiment, to carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and honest self-discipline, accept their supervision, preserving the party's advanced nature and purity.
