In order to further improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality of party affairs workers of grassroots party branches, standardize party work procedures, improve the scientific level of party construction, and promote the standardized and orderly development of party construction work of the group, the party committee has decided to hold the 2019 annual training course for party affairs workers, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

5. Training requirements

1. Party branches should attach great importance to the training, arrange party affairs workers to participate in the training according to their own working conditions, and report the list of participants to the organization department of the party committee of the group in advance. On the premise of not affecting the construction of the project to ensure that the participation rate reached 100%.

2. Participants shall take the party branch work record book to attend the training on time, strictly implement the training system, and shall not be late or leave early, and shall not ask for leave without special circumstances.
