Party branches of the group:
According to the requirements of the quality management system of party construction, combined with xi jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the spirit of the 19th national congress and the actual work of the party committee, it is scheduled to assess the fulfillment of various goals of party construction of each party branch in 2018 on December 18, solstice and December 22. The specific contents and methods of assessment are hereby notified as follows:
I. assessment content:
Achievement of party building targets of each party branch in 2018; Party conduct and low cost enterprise construction target completion; Implementation of the training plan for party members and cadres; Performance of duties by cadres at or above the middle level; Party construction of customer satisfaction survey.
Ii. Assessment methods:
Led by the organization department, with the cooperation of the party commission office and the publicity department, relevant personnel were selected to form three assessment teams to comprehensively assess the fulfillment of various goals of 14 party branches in 2018.
Iii. Assessment requirements:
Each examination group should be responsible seriously, in strict accordance with the group party construction quality management system "quality manual" and "procedure document" requirements and objectives of assessment methods, assessment item by item, not allowed to engage in form, go through the motions. The problems found in the assessment shall be timely fed back to the responsible units and departments, and the responsible units and departments shall formulate rectification measures for the existing problems, fill in the report form of non-conformance items, and follow up the results.
Each party branch should be taken seriously this assessment, actively organize relevant personnel commission co-chaired the work, for checking in advance examination content, target assessment as a key work to do, to the examination as an opportunity to seriously review result, find the shortage, to develop a practical and effective measures, to promote party construction work to a new step.
